Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Once the 30 days have passed, we are unfortunately no longer able to offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging. In addition, the receipt and refund form must be correctly completed.

To complete your return, we require documentation of the purchase in the form of a receipt or other valid proof of purchase.

We want you to always feel safe when you shop with us, which is why we offer price match on all Herbalife products.

If you find the same product at a lower price from another Danish, registered Herbalife distributor , we will match the price. Easy and hassle-free.

How price match works

To use price match, the following must be met:

• The product must be identical and in stock at the retailer

• The price must be public and documentable

• The distributor must be an official and active Herbalife distributor in Denmark

• The offer must not be a limited-time promotional price, Black Friday, member benefit or subscription price
